The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe is holding a conference in Malta today to discuss the security implications of climate change, the Times of Malta reports.

"By harnessing the OSCE's comprehensive approach to security, we are uniquely positioned to foster an adequate, more inclusive, and collaborative response to the impacts of climate change."
