If you're in the market for a new set of wheels, there's a good chance you'll be bagging groceries for a good cause this November in Adrian, Mich.
That's because the Lenawee Community Foundation is holding its third annual "Bagging for a Difference" fundraiser, in which people are encouraged to come out and "bag your groceries for tips," per the foundation's website.
"Local leaders and celebrities will be on-site at Country Market, generously giving their time to help bag your groceries for tips," the site says.
"It's an opportunity for our community to come together, support a worthy cause, and have a bit of fun along the way."
In its third year, the fundraiser has raised more than $450,000, with 100% of the money put back into Lenawee County, the foundation says.
"One of the distinguishing features of Lenawee Cares is that 100% of the gifts received are invested back into Lenawee County, ensuring that the funds benefit our local community," the foundation says.
"This commitment to keeping donations local has made Lenawee Cares a true beacon of hope for those in need."
