The Bob Dylan Center and Universal Music Publishing Group have announced the launch of the Bob Dylan Center Songwriter Fellowship, created to develop rising talent.
French singer and songwriter Juliette Armanet; American singer and songwriter Patty Griffin; American singer and songwriter John Mellencamp; Mexican singer and songwriter Carla Morrison; and American rapper and songwriter Nas will be selected by a panel of songwriters.
The fellowship will be awarded to two recipients annually and was created with the intention of mentoring and developing aspiring songwriters.
