When Natalie F ? 'e first saw a trailer for a film about plastic pollution in the Pacific Ocean, the former headhunter and TV presenter had a " lightbulb moment."

Nine years later, F ? 'e has founded City to Sea, an environmental organization fighting plastic pollution at source, and she now earns a living doing so while providing her and her 30 staff with an income, the Guardian reports.

In her new book, Do Good, Get Paid, F ? 'e offers tips on how to get paid to do what you love, save the planet, and correct an injustice at the same time.

"I was getting inundated with requests from people, mostly women aged between 30 and 50 years old, who were working in the environmental space and wanted to set up their own project or business doing goodor who wanted to change their career," F ? 'e says in an interview with the Guardian.

F ? 'e says she decided to start City to Sea after seeing the trailer for Albatross, by artist Chris Jordan, which shows birds dying in thousands because of plastic waste in the north Pacific Ocean.

F ? 'e says she decided to make a crowdfunded music video about the horrors of plastic pollution and started Refill, City to Sea's first
