State grant helps support clean energy jobs for disadvantaged young adults.
An award of $500,000 was given to the Social Enterprise and Training Center, also known as the SEAT center.
The program helps young adults from ages 18 to 24 who are no longer in high school, and not yet in college.Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara, D Rotterdam, said the money will supportClean energy training and career development for young adults in disadvantaged communities.
