"Every day is different working with people with disabilities," writes one employee of Jackson Street Youth Services, a nonprofit that works with homeless youth in Corvallis, Ore.
But that's not the only thing different about this organization: It's on Oregon Business's list of the 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in Oregon, based on surveys sent to employees of the participating nonprofits.
