"Hip Hop on the Plaza" is coming back to San Francisco's Mid Market after a five-year absence.
The free, all-ages series will kick off on April 19, and will run through September 2024, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Hip Hop on the Plaza "is a celebration of the rich cultural heritage and vibrant creativity that defines San Francisco's diverse communities," the All the Way Live Foundation says in a press release.
"These events provide local youth with a creative outlet for identity and emotional expression."
The series will feature weekly dance workshops, as well as monthly dance battles.
