BCTA earns national recognition for summer youth pass campaign; program to return this year.
BCTA offered unlimited free transportation services to children, teenagers, college students and parents with children ages 6-21 through its Fast Forward Summer Pass program.
The system reported more than 4,000 trips during the program's three-month period due, in part, to its widespread digital, print and audio marketing.
