Program offers mentorship, job skills and workplace coaching.
"We want our young adults to be able to have career exposure in environments where there's a safety net," said Leondra Foster, director of Youth Programs for Career Source.
"I was an at-risk youth, low- Income youth, foster care," said Foster.
