A Wisconsin man has been charged with felony sexual assault after an alleged incident on a Lake Mendota beach last month, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Police say 46-year-old Joseph Silverberg of Madison got into an altercation with a woman at the beach on Aug.

A witness says Silverberg grabbed the woman by the hair and "pulled her into the water," according to a press release from the Dane County Sheriff's Office.
Police say the woman tried to pull Silverberg to the ground, but he grabbed her by the hair and pulled her into the water, where he sexually assaulted her.
The woman was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while Silverberg was charged with felony sexual assault and misconduct with a child.
He's being held without bond, the Journal Sentinel reports.
