It's that time of year again: time for non-profit organizations to apply for grants to help fund their youth conservation efforts.
The Ozark Society Foundation is now accepting applications for its Youth Engagement Grant, which will provide up to $3,000 to 501(c)3 nonprofits or schools in the Shreveport-Bossier area of Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, or Oklahoma, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports.
"Hands-on learning, service learning, community conservation, and advocacy is encouraged," the foundation says on its website.
Applicants should be affiliated with a 501c3 nonprofit or school located in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, or the Caddo, Bossier Webster, and Claiborne parishes of Louisiana.
Grant awards will be announced in December.
