Program trains teens to be election judges, boost election participation.
Chief judges complete a variety of tasks, including showing voters how to use machines and reviewing sample ballots.
The program finds applicants (mostly through word-of-mouth recruitment via other student members) and connects them with the citya€™s Board of Elections.
There have been three cycles, producing 120 youth election judges in 2024.
