Anderson youth health center project abandoned after $25M grant award.

Former Shasta County Supervisor Les Baugh wrote that the Pathways to Leadership campus project was cancelled.

The state of California awarded $25 million to build the youth behavioral health center in Anderson.

The project has been cancelled, according to a statement from a key partner of the project.

The center was set to be built in Anderson, California.
