Recognizing the important role of women in local philanthropy, the Greater Lowell Community Foundation manages many independent funds established by women who pool their resources to support their communities. Although the 17-year-old Women Working Wonders Fund and 100+ Women Who Care Metrowest operate in different ways, both groups have a common mission, which is to integrate resources to help others. The mission of the WWW Fund, which has now grown to $1.3 million, has always been the same: empower women and girls to influence positive change in the Greater Lowell community.
